Frank Bailey, Guest Speaker for Holiday Island Rotary Club

Rotary started with the vision of one man – Paul Harris.  The Chicago attorney formed the Rotary Club of Chicago on February 23, 1905, so professionals with diverse backgrounds could exchange ideas, form meaningful, lifelong friendships, and give back to their communities.

As guest speaker this morning for the Holiday Island Rotary Club in Holiday Island, AR, Frank assumed the role of Paul Harris, describing the early days of Rotary.  “Paul” reminded everyone that Rotary was born out of principles of camaraderie, fun and friendship.
