Sach Oliver, Guest Speaker for the 53rd Annual Institute, Indiana Trial Lawyers Association

Attorney Sach Oliver is honored to be included as a guest speaker for the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association’s 53^rd Annual Institute. His presentation ‘Maximizing Damages in Wrongful Death Cases’ will be at 1:30 pm, Tuesday, November 7^th, following the Institute’s Award Luncheon

Per the ITLA website, the Annual Institute will provide 12 hours of exceptional continuing legal education with substantive presentations and opportunities for networking with over three hundred of the best attorneys in Indiana. Featured presenter will be Attorney Mark Mandell of Mandell, Schwartz, & Boisclair, Ltd, Providence, Rhode Island. He is a coveted plaintiff speaker at trial lawyer’s programs throughout the country and has authored several books; his most recent being “Case Framing”, published by Trial Guides and A.A.J. Press in December, 2015. Mr. Mandell’s 3-hour presentation “Case Framing” will begin at 8:45 am following opening remarks, Tuesday, November 7^th.
