Appealing Information: What goes into a client documentary?

By: Geoff Hamby, Trial Attorney/Catastrophic Injury Division

All too often, court cases are identified by case numbers. As a result, it’s easy to forget that there are real people involved and that their lives have been adversely impacted. We produce video biographies on the lives of our clients. These videos show defendants what impact their negligence has had on an individual’s life and that of their families. Jurors need to see what was lost due to injury and sometimes, tragically, death. We want judges to understand the significance of loss when considering damages awarded.

In this week's Appealing Information, Bailey & Oliver attorney, Geoff Hamby, talks with David Whisel, owner of dw2 Video Productions.  Together they explain more about how our unique client documentaries are produced.
