Bailey & Oliver Law Firm is proud to have achieved significant recognition for excellence in the legal industry.
U.S. News – Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms”
U.S. News’ “Best Law Firms” rankings are based on an evaluation process which includes reviews from both clients and lawyers. The process is thorough and meticulous, and includes the following assessment criteria: expertise, responsiveness, integrity, cost-effectiveness, potential for referrals and whether other lawyers consider the firm a worthy competitor. Clients are welcome to detail their experience with the firm as well.
If a high score is tabulated, the firm is included into the U.S. News – Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms” publication.
In order to be considered for this distinction, the law firm must have at least one attorney who has received a peer-review that is positive enough to rank them in the current edition of “Best Lawyers.”
Best Lawyers® is the oldest publication in the legal industry. Acceptance into this exclusive group is highly regarded as a significant honor awarded to a lawyer by his or her fellow attorneys.
Exhaustive peer-reviewed surveys are conducted among tens of thousands of leading attorneys for inclusion into Best Lawyers®, which is published in almost 70 countries and has more than 17 million readers in the U.S.
Best Lawyers® honors leading legal industry professionals in 134 practice areas across all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Attorneys nominated and accepted into the publication must maintain positive reviews to remain on the list for future editions. This continual review process helps to ensure attorneys affiliated with Best Lawyers® continue to lead the industry with excellence.
