Liz is enjoying her recent return to legal assistant work after several years of office management in a different field. She is a native of Jonesboro, Arkansas, andimmediately after graduating high school, she moved across the river to Memphis. There she began her business career as a national sales correspondent at the international headquarters of Welcome Wagon International. At the same time, she attended the University of Memphis and was signed up with the legendary SamPhillips at Sun Records as a songwriter and recording artist. Her endeavors over the years have taken her to live and work all around the country and on many continents. One of her professional highlights was her work as executive assistant to the managing partner of a Top 10 law firm in Rochester, New York. Because of her music career and touring, she calls many iconic musicians her friends.
Now married to a fellow musician and business entrepreneur from Germany, Liz has settled in Northwest Arkansas to be close once again to her family.Liz is proud to be part of the Bailey & Oliver team because of its caring representation of its clients and active involvement in the community. She works to provide assistance to the attorneys with document preparation, case scheduling, and case intake. In the community, Liz participates as a mentor for the Youthbridge organization and served on the board of the Ozark Blues Society of NWA for many years. Continuing to perform music in the area, Liz was inducted into the Arkansas Blues Hall of Fame in 2010. Mixing business, volunteerism and music comes very naturally to her, and she feels very much at home with the team at Bailey & Oliver.
