Shelby Helser

Shelby is the Case Manager & Legal Assistant of our founder Frank H. Bailey working with our Personal Injury Team. She joined the Bailey & Oliver family in October of 2022.

Shelby has lived in Northwest Arkansas for many years. She graduated Valedictorian at Gravette High School and continued her education at Pittsburg State University. There, she graduated Summa Cum Laude and received Departmental Academic Honors with bachelor’s degrees in both Political Science (Pre-Law) and Spanish with a minor in history.While at Pittsburg State, Shelby was very active in the University Choir, the InternationalOffice, and University leadership. She was Campus Affairs Director, part of the University President and Alumni Office organizations, and Co-Founder of the Student City Advisory Council which sought to connect the university to city officials and highlight student issues, particularly focusing on tenants’ rights.

Upon completion of her Bachelor’s studies, she moved to Germany where she completed a thesis and earned a Master’s degree in International Relations: Global Governance and Social Theory in a dual program from the University of Bremen and Jacobs University.After some initial work experience doing social media, communication, and working as a personal assistant in Germany, she is excited to return home and gain some hands-on experience in the legal field. She is eager to meet and assist our clients in any way possible.
