Tiffany Martin

Tiffany Martin is our Director of Community Relations as well as Sach Oliver’s Executive Assistant. She joined the Bailey and Oliver team as a legal assistant in 2020. Tiffany is responsible for building relationships with the community and planning events. She coordinates our charity auctions and the Bailey & Oliver’s Kids foundation. She is thankful to work for a firm that prioritizes caring for their clients and is extravagantly generous.

Tiffany is originally from Oklahoma City. She attended Central Bible College in Springfield, MO and graduated in 2009 with a BA in Urban Ministry. She has 20 years of experience in ministry. She and her husband moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2017 to join the staff at a local church. Tiffany and Jon-Michael have been married for 15 years and they have two daughters and a chocolate lab.
