Bailey & Oliver Law Firm is committed to providing the highest level of client service. From its inception, our attorneys have placed an emphasis on providing legal services that make sense from the client’s perspective. We are dedicated to the representation of the injured and deceased. We represent no insurance companies. However, we fight insurance companies in every case because the defendants we take to court have insurance.
Our attorneys have combined experience of over 60 years helping clients and holding the wrongdoer accountable.
Legal Fees & Litigation Costs
Bailey & Oliver Law Firm will handle your case on a contingent fee basis if we believe your case has merit. This means you will not have to pay anything unless there is a recovery. Bailey & Oliver will advance the cost of litigation in your case, as well. This allows clients of different backgrounds to afford the same justice and same access to skilled trial lawyer as the wealthiest individuals and companies. We only get paid when we recover for you.
At times, the most favorable outcome for a client will result in trial proceedings. If the option exists to settle out of court for an agreeable amount, our attorneys are happy to do so, as we understand that, in some cases, it can make the process less stressful for the client.
Frank Bailey is the founder of Bailey & Oliver Law Firm and has practiced law for more than 43 years. Frank opened his law firm in Mountain Home in 1974 fighting on behalf of his clients in north Arkansas.
Sach Oliver joined the firm in 2003 after persistently seeking an opportunity to learn the profession from Frank Bailey.
After completing law school at the University of Arkansas School of Law, Sach began practicing with Frank and they soon became partners. Sach still considers Frank a mentor.
At Sach’s urging, the firm opened an office in Bentonville in an old building that once housed a daycare center. In 2012 with business in Northwest Arkansas growing, Bailey & Oliver closed its office in Mountain Home and began operating full-time from a new office location at 3606 W. Southern Hills Blvd., Suite 200, in Rogers.
