The old saying is that “a picture is worth a thousand words.” We really believe that at Oliver Law Firm. While we believe in the power of the spoken word, visual models we use in our cases are often difference-makers in the eyes of jurors.

We use photographs, graphics, scale models and other visual elements to help tell our story.

Scene Re-enactment: We read a lot of accidents reports. It’s interesting to note that should three people, for instance, see the same accident occur you often get three different stories about what happened. We all see things differently and from a different perspective.

At Oliver Law Firm we strive to understand the truth. That’s why we go to the scene of the accident and re-enact it to the best of our ability. To that end, it is important that victims of accidents work to preserve as much evidence from a scene as possible.  After 911, we prefer that your first call be made to our experienced attorneys and we can walk you through the steps that need to be taken.
